has served the power industry for 18 years,
working for utilities in the Pacific Northwest,
focused primarily on power supply management,
energy trading and risk management, and
energy contract orgination and negotiation.
He has extensive experience trading and
scheduling power in the geographic area
encompassed by the Western Electricity Coordinating
Council. His many years of managing Pacific
Northwest hydroelectric based power supply
portfolios make him uniquely qualified to
understand the complex characteristics of
the Pacific Northwest hydroelectric system.
Tim
P. Castille
has
17years of experience in the power industry
in the Western Electricity Coordinating
Council (“WECC”) region. His
expertise includes power supply, risk management,
electric power transmission, hydro-power
operations and contract negotiations. Mr.
Castille has a track record of originating,
structuring and concluding power supply
transactions. He provides critical insight
to clients evaluating hard assets throughout
the WECC.
Stephen
V. Fisher has
27 years of experience in the power industry,
including work for electricity and natural
gas utilities as well as power marketing
and independent power producers. His expertise
includes power supply management, electric
power transmission, hydro-power operations
and contract negotiations. Mr. Fisher is
actively assisting clients in a variety
of projects, including policy level strategic
planning, resource feasibility review and
business case development, energy contract
structuring and establishing compliance
to the newly formed NERC reliability criteria.
